Yeah, We only need 1 full credit.
its only half a semester , so you do it like your first year, and then second year
to get your full credit.. then you can do whatever

what? can he even do that?? in my school if your out of gym due to injury the teacher decides what you do. like someone had to look up articles and summmarize them. if your out for a long time then you might have to write an essay or something

i hate when teachers do that :[ i know sometimes students blame the teacher for everything when they shouldn't but in a situation like that when the teacher messes up and the students face teh consequences are the worse. like once one of my teachers made us a take a test then gave us the wrong test and we had to take another harder test. and another time my teacher lost a test of mine and i had to retake it :/

i hate not being organized. i hate when people aren't organized. and i'm such a hyporcrite like that because i'm so unorganized! like in school my papers are all over the place, my locker is a mess & i could spend the whole period looking through all my papers for last nights homework :[ its a really bad habit

haha, I'm that way too. . I always lost all my homework and would have to look in freaking every single binder and folder i possibly had. :/
But i honestly think that a teacher SHOULD be.. I mean, its part of their job kinda, you know?

yeah that's why they have filing cabinets and all that jazz. use 'em durrr. also it bothers me when teachers bring their work home with them. i had this one teacher that EVERYDAY she would go home and make packets for her classes. why can't she do it in school on an off period? i don't know. like your in work from before 7 to after 2, isn't that enough? its like just cause you don't have a life doesn't mean we don't either. this teacher also had us print out every math regents since like 2006 so that's like 15 regents plus other review packets and start studying in march. ?!

oh gosh. i forgot. new york is the only state that has these crazy state tests. we have ELAs,Cogats,Regents, benchmarks and more stuff that is required by the state to take. regents are like finals but instead of the grades going to just your report card they also go to the capital and its ridiculous and they are taken VERY seriously. they line up rows and rows of desks in the gym and there are a bajillion teachers and we have like 3 hours to take the test. all this state testing starts in like 2nd grade. the english tests (ELAs) always involve essays.can u imagine second graders writing essays?? and we have to take one every year up until high school. and if your in honors its a whole other story because you have to get even higher grades. but good news for the people not in honors, because of this HUGE grading curve it's impossible for them to fail because the honors students have to get above an 85 which isn't fair at all to the kids who actually did get the high grade they deserved. failing is below 65 so if you get a 60 the curve can pull you up to the seventies.

Ahhhh! I've taken benchmarks and stuff, but i never heard of those. they sound pretty legit, Haha. Here, You have to take the OGT's which are ohio graduation tests. You have to pass them in writing, reading, math, history and science. If you don't pass them then you can't get your diploma at all. We dont have like final tests like you're saying.. So thats weird.. but the biggest tests here are those, which you take when you are a sophomore , and you have to pass them all by the time you are a senior, really lame
    but yours sound like nuts

yeah it's ridiculous. i'm pretty sure New York is the only state to have state testing. regents and midterms are the worst though. but for midterms we get like 2 weeks off in the middle of the year so thats cool and for finals/regents we end school around the first week in june come in for testing 5 times for less than 3 hours then your done so it's not too bad. and if you have a good teacher that knows how to teach the curriculum fast, ur bascally done in march then review the rest of the year
