ugh i know, i hate that! i always seem to be the one who gets stuck doing everything because i am stuck with the people who decide they wont do anything....but i hope they do their part too! good luck with your project =)

i think im getting a project in my drawing class tomorrow, plus i have a paper due for my english class in a few days so im kinda stressed about that.

but today i finished this mandatory alcohol test that every freshman has to take online, and if you didn't finish it by the 22nd, the school is going to freeze your account so you cant register for classes for next semester. and i had been so busy that i had been worrying about when i was going to get it done, since it takes an hour or more. but luckily i passed it today so thats a relief.

yeah, i think thats true. its definitely getting easier.
but the workload is still crazy. like teachers don't care that their class is not your only class, you know? they all assign tons of work at once and don't care about other work you have...

hahaha yeah! its definitely hard to balance everything.
its always going to class, meetings, getting work done, then being with friends and going home to see friends and family and spending time with them.....there's not enough hours in the day to do everything

    good news kinda
blood work came back, and the one was high... its called TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) so i have to take a medication everyday, pretty much the rest of my life

basically people who have what's called hypothyroidism (high tsh level) are fatiged, always freezing, there's weight gain, dry skin, dry brittle hair, hair falling out, and some heart things can be associated

i went for my heart, so that could be an explanation.. i'm always tired, even when i get sleep, always cold... even in 80 degrees... i'm overweight, have dry skin... hair falling out lately (i dont mind that much, cuz my hair is sooo thick... i'd like it to be thinner, but not really really thin, to balding haha)

omg. I just saw this topic and know EXACTLY how yall feel. college is so frustrating for me right now! it's my first semester so it's definitely a learning experience. High school was sooo easy compared to college and I barely had to study at all. Now it's crazy...I usually love science but it is sooo hard right now (i'm in pre-pharm). like right now..I'm supposed to be working on a lab report due tomorrow but I just have no motivation Sad
okk I just had to let all of that out so I'm feeling a little better lol Smile

oo... pharm is hard... are u planning on going to be a pharmacist?

I took a basic pharmacology class, and it was tough... the whole class felt like it was hard... I passed, but didnt do real well... i got a C.
I'm going to have to take another one this year... probably more in depth, and i'm scared.
at least i know about some medications a little now from working in a doctors office

good luck..sounds like your in a challanging career path

Yeah I plan to become a pharmacist but my major is psychology with pre-pharm...so it could go either way. The classes are tough, but it's more so because I make it that way since I have terrible work ethic right now...
I hope you do well on your class! work experience really does help Smile

    are you working anywhere?
if not, trying to get a job in a pharmacy may be a good idea... they have cashiers, and people to take basic calls/basic questions and can be promoted to pharmacy technition or something.
it would be good experience for you.

No, I'm not working at the moment but I have my pharm tech certificate and I plan to get a job after the semister ends... I kinda just wanted to get used to college first but the experience and money would be a really good thing right now!!
