yep and they went down to the police station last night to file a report against him and what not. and this weekend she is going back to new mexico and this will all be over so that's good.

i complain about myself and my problems (which are like nothing, i know) all the time. i wanna hear whats up

Well, I don't know if i've ever told you this but my sister, rachael is a drug addict. She met this guy about three years ago and he really influenced her badly. Like, I dont know. She was never like this but now shes addicted to herione. Anyways, she did some crazy stuff to get money for drugs, like stealing and writing bad checks on purpose.
She went to rehab to get clean and she was doing good for awhile. Then she got a job to pay back all the things she stole and stuff... like it was court ordered, of course.
Well, She got involved with him again and started back up and wasted all her money on the drugs again.. Now she's in jail
I'm just really upset. I mean there is so much more to the story but i'm trying to keep it short for ya, lol

oh my gosh. i do remember you telling me about your sister. how long has she been in jail?

For a couple weeks. But apparently she won't get out till march of 11.

is there any chance of her getting out sooner?

No idea. but i'm pretty upset about it.
& that dumb guy who is the one who got her on drugs called my cell the other night

but i just deleted it and told my mom & dad. And they were like, DO NOT tell him where she is because once she gets out, he'll be right back looking for her.
He abused her and stuff, and then they used drugs together, stole things to get money for drugs.. even stole things from us.. my camera.. my moms jewelry. I'm so sick of this crud.

yeah i was surprised to hear his new stuff i was expecting something that i wasn't going to like but his new songs aren't at all what i expected & i really like them

so i've been having a REALLY weird week. the oher night my neighbor comes home in the middle of the night and he is making a whole bunch of noise outside and it woke me up and i was naked. like WTF?? i went to bed with clothes on hahahaha i wanted to laugh at myself but i was so disoriented at the time cause it was just way to early to be up so i was just like ...what the hell? and grabbed teh hearest shirt and went back to bed lol

so i had a tennis match on saturday and the girls we were playing were sooooo annoying they kept going "OHHH YEAHHH" like the kool aid guy and they were terrible at making calls. so my partner serves, its out. she serves again it was in but the girl called it out so i was like no it was in and she says no it was out and i go "actually, it was in" and she says "well its our call" so i look at my coach and i'm like "can we challenge this?!" and she says she didn't see it so i just had to suck it up and give up the point. so now its game point, my partner serves, gets it in the box, the other girl returns it and i'm at the net so i smash the ball right at the girl who made the call and the ball was prolly going over 100mph and hits her. & as its bouncing off her hip i say "Game. " and we won(:

and i turned around smiled at my partner then i smiled at my coach. and my coach called me over and she was like "you put that rage to good use!" and me and my partner were hysterical laughing so we had to get all our laughing out before we walked back on the court.

we were playing this other school yesterday and someone accidentally almost hit the other coach with a ball and a girl on our team, katherine whispered "thats what you get..." and the coach heard it and turned around and started yelling at another girl, emily. she was like "R U KIDDING?! U R SO OBNOXIOUS!" and emily was like "i didn't say anything..." and then later that coach blew up and started screaming at our coach about unprofessionalism and "it's no wonder why our team is the way it is". then a girl on the other team couldn't find her ipod so she came back to get it but it wasn't there so the coach had the nerve to come back and accuse us of stealing it and then the girl found it in the street. whatta ****.

whoa what the heeck? hahaha oh my goodness. People are insane. and why the heck was her ipod in the street? that makes no sense?????

lol cause she probably dropped it when she was getting off the bus and didn't realize it.

haha, oh yes. that indeed does make sense. hahahaha
