No, re-up is a word used by drug dealers or users when they run low on a specific drug and need to resupply.
So in the song he's saying that the girl needs him so much that seeing him is like stocking up on a drug |

I didn't know what he meant at first either. I always look things like that up on urban dictionary. I like the song so far but a full version can change an opinion really fast |

| WOW! Sounds GREAT so far!!!! Kinda disappointed though. I thought Have it all would be his first single, cause Yony and Nate Walk said that it would sound so amazing...  anyway, amazing. I love the Cover... this photoshoot seems to look better than the others :-) Kinda reminds me on Jack (Leonardo DiCaprio) in Titanic |
