- First, you gotta find the video you want to use.
- Then, if you found it on youtube, you have to download. I recommend either downloading Any video converter or using an online converter like Movavi
- Once your video downloads, I usually use windows movie maker to cut the video down to the part i wanna use.
- After that, publish the movie to your computer: File>Save Movie File
- Then finally, you can use either a site like Lunapic or just photoshop to edit them and make them pretty & save them as a .gif [=
