Yea, it has to be. Because he has never said the the actual name of it is Departure Deluxe, it's always been Departure Recharged. And the official track listing on his fan club site has the HDYS remix, not the original, and then Oxygen, In My Veins, Body Language, and Crash and Burn. And that cover, has never been one that was released as being the cover for it. I think someone was just wanting to get their own music out their, so they tried to say that it's a song of Jesse's, and it got around to someone who's really gullible.
