This guy is STEALING & CLAIMING Jesse's songs as HIS!

THIS IS IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ THIS:

This guy named Mike Anderson stole Jesse's song Up and changed the title to Up and Away and released it on iTunes. He also claims that he's under Hollywood Records and he's going to release an album in 2011 using Jesse's previous tracks.

well the youtube video is gone and so is the itunes page so it looks like we fans have won the battle

The song is still on iTunes if you search his name it still pulls up the song Seriously, you would think that people would have better things to do then what this guy is doing but I guess that he doesn't have anything better to do.

I heard on twitter yesterday that Hollywood records,Jesse&Sherry were all told about it and that it is being "Taken care of" by the record company.

I don't get how iTunes could let him sell Jesse's song! I mean I always thought that were a really good and organized company. How could they let something like this happen? It's not like Jesse is a new or not well known artist... this was just ridiculous.
