My Best Friends Sister

Jesse McCartney is a super busy guy , being as famous as he is.. He never really has time to see his best friend (alex) and hasn't in two years! They usually just talk on the phone and text each other.. one free day, he decided to hang out at Alex;s house. Alex's sister Chelsey opens the door, and Jesse, is so shocked to see how much she's grown up. He instatly falls for her... and decides that he's going to try to hang out with Alex as much as he possibly can to get closer to Chelsey. Will he ever win her heart?
