Yea, I was just about to post this. haha. So, happy for him. =) He looks to pretty happy and having fun. He deserves that too. So glad that he's able to have a break for a little while. =)

Jesse McCartney spends the day on the beach with his new girlfriend, Jasmine Waltz, on Saturday afternoon (August 29) in Malibu, Calif.
Jesse, 22, and Jasmine, who turned 27 last weekend, were seen kissing and cuddling in the ocean.
Right before hitting the beach, Jesse tweeted, “Headin’ to the beach!! Finally back from NY!!”
Last month, the couple was seen on a date at the Whist restaurant in the Viceroy Santa Monica. They also traveled to San Diego together. In May, they hit up West Hollywood’s Stone Rose Bar together.
Jasmine was last romantically linked to American Idol host Ryan Seacrest.

i was thinknig the same thing but its not his fault he has been busy with the filming
and the pics look kind of akward but thats cause the paps took the pic at a weird moment
like there kiss looked kind of akward but i just thinks the paps timing was off :/ idk if any of this makes sense lol

Yeah.. I mean he didn't have the time.. But I guess now that excuse he cant use.
But yeah, totally agree.. Timing was off for the paps.. And I guess we are gonna see more from her and hopefully better pics..

Anyone else think it doesn't look all that real? It doesn't look like they really meant that kiss (in my opinion kissing with your eyes open is weird and just...I don't know). She looks like, "*sigh* I'm bored," haha, and he looks he looks, I don't know, he's not into it. I think it's all for publicity, considering she wants to be famous. Just venting my opinion.

That's true, about the picture thing.
He did the publicity thing with Aubrey O'day, I mean, c'mon, that had to be for publicity. They both had albums releasing that week. Maybe he gets something for helping her, haha, I don't know. It's totally possible that I'm wrong. I just feel like it's not true.

Yeah I get what your saying,. But the Aubrey O'day thing was like, okay your band and my band lets go out together.. But it might have been a puplicity stunt we dont know..

i totally agree, i thnk its a little weird when guys go out with older women but its not completely out of the ordinary but it just seems more normal for the guy to be older
and yes hes got himself some man boobs :[ lol
but its not his fault he has had no time. he just got off a tour and just finished filming
